The Portfolio Cost Analyzer (PCA) is licensed via the installation of a Validated PCA database.
The PCA database is enabled and licensed to one Entity/Company for use with a particular number of patent families,
and for time periods measured in one-year increments.
Each patent family may contain any number of countries.
Monthly updates to the software and cost data are included in the licensing fee.
